Shipping Policy & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Since this is a one person show and I'm just starting off, my processing time is unknown. I hope to get orders out within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. 

Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes me to get your order in the mail. Shipping time is expected to be 1-3 business days. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept exchanges or returns at this time. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Upon receiving your package please inspect all items thoroughly. Contact me if any item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. 

If the item is damaged, save all packaging and damaged items. I cannot help with any item if you have thrown them away. 

Any items that have been damaged due to negligence or natural wear & tear cannot be replaced. 

TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking once the package has shipped. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is sent back to me due to an incorrect/incomplete address the customer is responsible for any cost incurred associated with re-postage. If this happens and the customer does not want to pay shipping again, I will offer a refund for any products I receive back, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

LOST PACKAGES

Once a package has left my possession I am no longer responsible or in control of it getting to you. The best way to resolve a lost package will be to take the tracking information that has been sent to you at time of shipment and contact USPS to locate the missing package.
